Mom’s Gold Star

I don’t know if J. is always the deadpan voice of reason in the crew, but I liked what he did in this submission. And if he has a habit of sabotaging every TMI status that comes across his feed, well, even better! I’ve been to known to kill a few conversations myself, so it’s nice to see someone else ruining everybody’s fun for a change.

Don’t get me wrong; I recognize the potential of Potty Charts as an art form, and I understand why a mom might be interested in sharing her kid’s colorful bodily functions sticker collage. But honestly? I don’t want to know how many times your child took a dump “poopie” in the toilet versus in his tiny pants. I’m OK with not knowing. S. seems like a perfectly normal person, but I think I’d rather hear her opinions on capital improvement projects and unfair administrations than read about her child’s inclination to pull his pants down before he goes number two.

Congrats on your Gold Star, J., and thanks for being a savvy saboteur! I needed that.
