Nicole and her friends are Holy Women. They don’t actually jerk little girls out of swings and smack them a couple of times when their babies get kicked on the playground. They would never dream of doing such a thing, especially at Bible school with God as their witness! They’re not you-know-whats like those second graders who just blatantly disregard orders given by moms and run the risk of harming small, innocent babies.
Can Nicole help it if her baby wants to play within four feet of the big kid swings? Heck no, she can’t! Those older kids should know better than to have fun on an available swing set if a mom tells them not to. Don’t they know what Jesus would do? Don’t they realize they’re capable of pushing a baby into “stop to get a better start” crying territory, which is a pretty serious offense? It gives me the shivers just thinking about all of this unnecessary violence.
