Mom’s Gold Star Shauna deserves a Gold Star, a high-five, a neck massage, an iTunes gift card and a basket of gourmet french fries. She rules. Ironically, this Mom’s Gold Star entry (#41!) is similar to the one I posted after AntiFreezeSaladGate2K10, so it’s fitting that I would post it now, in light of KittenGate2K10. I needed a little pick-me-up after of that drama! I love that Shauna not only points out that her kid can’t read, but also notes that her child is incapable of getting on Facebook which is why she didn’t mention it on Facebook at all. Pretty funny. It’s like she’s the antithesis of all of the other “birthday parents” featured on the site. And that makes her awesome. Congrats, Shauna! (submitted by Anonymous)
