It’s been a minute since we’ve taken a ride on the crimson wave, but today’s the BIG DAY! Time to revisit that trusty old friend - the one who comes along between the ages of 10 and 13 in a young girl’s life and doesn’t go away for like a WHILE after that. Did you know that once a little lady has had her period she can also make babies? Holly sure does! Thankfully, due to what sounds like an amazingly educational sex talk, her daughter now knows what not to do! *wink wink*

M’s joke about DIGG got a laugh out of me. At least someone out there has the sense to tell Holly wsup. Just the thought of my mom telling the world my special ‘teary’ secret makes me sad for Holly’s kid. Then again, when I confessed to my mom that I’d gotten my period she was watching The McLaughlin Group and I think her exact words were, “Are you sure? There are some pads in my bathroom,” as she ate microwaveable popcorn and fixed her eyes on the television. So, I’m not sure that was too much better. (Sorry, Mom.)
