This submission reminds me of this post, in which a grown woman spent more time contemplating another parent’s disheveled hair than paying attention to her kid’s school talent show. Admittedly, it’s way more fun to make up stories about the people surrounding you in a pediatric waiting room than to “read” an issue of Highlights for Children, but that doesn’t mean it’s OK to broadcast those stories on the internet - with a photo - for your own amusement.
That line of common sense aside, it’s worth noting that Pink, Green, and Blue are a P.O.B.. The two women pictured are clearly not turned away “in shame”; they’re probably just too fixated on Angry Birds or Farmville to notice anyone else in the room. (Which is a whole other topic not related to this post.) The point is, there is not an extra “bench” - there is a chair. And it’s not like the chair is covered in shopping bags from Bitches R Us. It’s just a purse. A smallish purse. A smallish purse that can easily be moved upon politely asking for it to be removed.
What’s harder - saying hello to a stranger and requesting a space to sit down, or slyly photographing said stranger and posting the image to Facebook with an attitudinal rant? Some people do SUCK, indeed.
