For a moment I was foolish enough not to know what ‘hamburger’ meant in this context. Make fun of me all you want, but I just don’t tend to equate my lady bits (as orion70 would say) with a ground beef sandwich.
Point being: Once I did figure it out, I was that much more skeeved. I’m not saying that joking about having a “hamburger” versus a “hot dog” would be entirely inappropriate (I guess?) if it was discussed without a visual. But in this case it was, and just … ugh. I think I need to go sit in a corner and count to 10.
